Bidding process provides transparency and strengthens the negotiating position of sellers.

There is always a certain amount of room for negotiation when selling property. With the bidding process, however, you give yourself more room to negotiate as a seller. That's why it was clear to me when selling my property that I would prefer to sell via a bidding process.
